Phase II for the medical campus of the Montana Ambulatory Care Center (MACC) will expand its existing Master Plan to include a new, free-standing medical office building. This 30,000-square-foot facility will house multiple tenant spaces and physicians’ offices. In addition to MACC’s Urgent Care services, this new facility will also house healthcare-related retail spaces.
Phase II will join the already existing and primarily orthopedic-focused ambulatory surgical center that was Phase I for this medical campus. Together with Phase I’s over 20,000-square-foot facility, Phase II will continue to provide the surrounding community with a continuum of specialty care in centrally located Billings, MT.
Both phases of the MACC medical campus are designed with the surrounding Montana wilderness in mind. Exterior and interior materials, such as rough stone and cabin logs, call to mind a hunting lodge style that is characteristic to the nearby rustic countryside.
