The new expansion for Alliance Safety Council utilizes the design thinking process to encourage creativity and collaboration in the workplace.
Alliance Safety Council’s newest addition to their portfolio of facilities allows provisions for members and visitors to rethink how business processes and solutions to current challenges are feted. The 26,000 square foot facility also serves as the new home base for their Content Development and IT department.
A “Design Thinking Lab” and innovative collaborative spaces for independent, small or large group sessions drives the ETC label, emerging technology center. Creating an environment focused on the learning and training of future technologies was a primary objective for Alliance Safety Council and the design team. The “Design Thinking Lab” is a dedicated area for Alliance’s Design Thinking team and the public to create a new approach to solving problems, conducive to the ever-changing needs of the workforce. The space uses a variety of materials and textures ranging from corrugated metal panels, warm wood accents, vibrantly colored carpet, and the branded colors of the company throughout.
